This is a fabric I lucked upon based on my previous buying patterns. The fabric store owner told me he had some new fabric that hadn’t been put out for the public yet that I might like, and he was 100% correct! The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex for a slight stretch and to aid in achieving the perfect fit. The fabric can be toned down with a pair of solid black slacks, or worn as a two piece suit.
